About Queens Health Center

Located at 37-11 Queens Blvd, Long Island City, NY 11101, Queens Health Center operates as a medical clinic serving Long Island City in New York. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

In Long Island City, urgent care centers are busiest on weekends and evenings when doctors' offices are closed, and most post their wait times online. Across New York, primary care practices often have a waitlist for new patients, so establishing care before you need it saves time. For a dental emergency outside office hours, an urgent care center can prescribe antibiotics and pain relief but cannot fix the tooth; a hospital emergency room can treat swelling that affects breathing or swallowing. Check the listing for insurance, hours and whether telehealth visits are offered.

The business lists hours on 5 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 8 am–5:45 pm. Note that it does not open on Saturday, Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. You can reach Queens Health Center at (718) 606-3863; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. This REVIEW is in refrence to Dr. Natalie Galvez is an exceptional physician and by far the best doctor I've seen at Queens Health Center. She is compassionate, professional, knowledgeable, and truly takes the time to listen to her patients. She never makes me feel rushed and always explains everything in a way that's easy to understand. I always leave my appointments feeling heard, respected, and confident in the care I've received. My adult children also see Dr. Galvez, and they have had the same wonderful experience. Our entire family trusts her because she consistently provides outstanding care and treats every patient with kindness, respect, and genuine concern. It's rare to find a doctor who truly cares about her patients the way Dr. Galvez does. Her dedication, attention to detail, and compassionate approach make her an incredible doctor. Queens Health Center is very fortunate to have her on their team. Thank you, Dr. Natalie Galvez, for everything you do. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor who genuinely puts her patients first.

Was attending Physical therapy Sessions at Queens facility The team there is absolutely fantastic. All the therapists are excellent. The reception desk is also extremely friendly and accommodating. Great job. I also needed to re establish a primary physician I stopped at the help desk and was walked over to Reception once again outstanding Assistance from the 3 associates that seamlessly established my new doctor. Thank for making these connections possible. Great job.

I've come to this location literally my whole life. Before use to have some issues with information and eligible to be seen because of my account not being "active". I can now say they have upped their systems & even got a brand new area for pharmacy and offices. Honestly, its a great place, clean, and very nice staff working there.

Yesterday, I wrote a review about how they give you an appointment 4-5 months later and the doctor couldn’t see me bc I was 10-15 mins late due to the weather and delays which is out of my control. This morning I see that my review is deleted. Deleting reviews rather taking accountability and making the patients visit better for next time just shows that this place is unprofessional and they don’t actually care about their patients. As patients we should be able to speak about our experiences without being silenced. As someone who’s been going to this place for years I’m disappointed.

I’ve been coming here since I was a toddler. Always been treated like family. However, these couple days have shown how well they take care of their patients. Jay and Lamar went above and beyond to move heaven and earth in order to get a very important appointment and paperwork. They are absolute blessings and I couldn’t be more thankful for all of their help.
